Welcome to Dsha Slayz Tutor Services. By enrolling in our NCLEX preparation program, accessing our materials, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not enroll or use our services.
By completing enrollment and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("the Student") and Dsha Slayz Tutor Services ("we," "us," or "the Service").

All payments made to Dsha Slayz Tutor Services are final and non-refundable. Once payment is received and enrollment is confirmed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
We strongly encourage all prospective students to carefully review the program details, requirements, and expected time commitment before enrolling. Students are solely responsible for their individual preparation and exam outcomes. Dsha Slayz Tutor Services provides educational guidance, strategy coaching, and motivational support, but does not guarantee any particular outcome, including passing the NCLEX examination.

Upon confirmed enrollment and receipt of payment, students will receive access to program materials, coaching sessions, and resources as outlined at the time of enrollment. Access is granted solely to the enrolled student and is non-transferable.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or adjust program content, delivery methods, or scheduling with reasonable notice to enrolled students.
All content provided through Dsha Slayz Tutor Services — including but not limited to study guides, strategy frameworks, recorded sessions, written materials, and any other resources — is the exclusive intellectual property of Dsha Slayz Tutor Services.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, license, or create derivative works from any program content without express written permission. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.
Dsha Slayz Tutor Services provides educational coaching and support services. We are not responsible for:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the student for the specific program in question.
All students are expected to engage respectfully and professionally within the program community. Dsha Slayz Tutor Services reserves the right to remove any student from the program — without refund — for behavior that is disruptive, disrespectful, abusive, or in violation of these terms.
Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By enrolling, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
